Insurance

 

Because we provide the highest quality of care for our patients and see everyone privately, we do not accept insurance. However, our services may go towards your out-of-network benefits and you do have the option of submitting a claim for reimbursement after treatment.

If you choose to do this, we will be happy to provide you with a detailed invoice and guide you through the process. You are solely responsible for submitting your "superbill" and all corresponding claims to your insurance company.

Payment

 

We are an out-of-network provider meaning payment is due at the time of service. We accept payment in full prior to the appointment via our online scheduling software or at the time of service.

We accept all major credit cards, cash, FSA or HSA, and electronic payments via Venmo or Zelle.
