  • The Supported Mama Series: Pregnancy Group

    Pregnancy isn’t just about growing a baby — it’s about supporting you. Whether you’re in your 1st, 2nd, or 3rd trimester, your body deserves care, knowledge, and preparation that goes beyond the basics.

    The Supported Mama Series is a one-of-a-kind class taught by Dr. Lisa — a pelvic floor therapist and mom of three who’s been there herself. You’ll learn practical ways to protect your body during pregnancy, prepare for birth, and set yourself up for a smoother postpartum recovery.

    Over six weeks, you’ll gain tools, confidence, and a supportive community of moms walking the same path. Each 90-minute evening session blends education, movement, and open conversation.


  • 4th Trimester Movement Class

    Join Dr. Katie and safely move your body to strengthen and lengthen in this 4th trimester movement class. Learn to reconnect to your core and pelvic floor! This class is appropriate for women 0-6 months postpartum. Non-crawling babies are welcome to join!
