Postpartum Pelvic Floor and Core Restore- August 2023

This 6 week series is designed for women 6 weeks to 1 year postpartum. Create a foundation of coordination, mobility and stability for your core and pelvic floor. In this series, you will:

  • Correct your diastasis recti

  • Improve your connection to your pelvic floor decreasing common postpartum dysfunctions

  • Learn a foundation of strength to safely return to working out

  • Have a deeper understanding of your pelvic floor, signs and symptoms of dysfunctions

  • Connect with other mama’s
