Pregnancy isn’t just about growing a baby — it’s about becoming a mom. Especially, the first time around, your body deserves care, knowledge, and preparation that goes beyond the generic advice and internet searches
If you’re in your second trimester (or close to it), this is the perfect moment to learn how to support your body, prepare for birth, and set yourself up for a healthier postpartum experience. And if you’re earlier or later, you are absolutely welcome. Every trimester benefits from learning how to care for the core, pelvic floor, and nervous system.
The Supported Mama Series is a one-of-a-kind class taught by Dr. Lisa, PT, DPT, ATC — a pelvic floor therapist and mom of three who’s been there herself. You’ll learn practical ways to protect your body during pregnancy, prepare for birth, and recover with confidence afterward.
Over six weeks, you’ll gain tools, confidence, and a supportive community of moms walking the same path. Each 90-minute evening session blends education, movement, and open conversation.
6 weeks of evening, in-person sessions (90 minutes each)
